Saints provides investment capital and advisory services to investors in private technology, healthcare, consumer and industrial businesses. We call ourselves a "Merchant Venture Capital Firm". Saints is similar to a merchant bank in that we provide skills that supplement the judgment of investment capital with the transactional and structuring capabilities of investment banking. We serve the private equity and venture capital community by assisting them in achieving liquidity - either by buying minority or majority equity stakes (and debt in certain cases) from an investor or by helping a company complete an M&A event, and thereby delivering liquidity to all investors.

Saints' investing activities focus on special situations and particularly on direct secondary investing. We acquire illiquid investments in private companies from investors or founders looking to monetize these investments or eliminate the requirement for further investment or management. Saints has developed particular expertise in the rapid evaluation and structuring of complex secondary market transactions. Saints is currently investing out of Saints Capital VI, LP, a blind pool fund. Hence, we have the capability to evaluate investment opportunities ranging in size from less than $5 million to upwards of $200 million. Saints will take over the ongoing management of the investments internally or in conjunction with members of the existing general partner or management team.

Today, we manage eight funds that have over one hundred investments representing over a half of a billion dollars of originally invested capital in private technology, healthcare, consumer and industrial businesses. We have investment professionals in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Our strategic advisory services are conducted by Saints Advisors, a NASD-regulated broker dealer. The core focus of Saints Advisors is assisting emerging growth companies with mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, and providing restructuring services. Our senior professionals all have at least a decade of experience at leading investment banks and strategic consulting firms coupled with operating experiences as senior executives of successful public and private companies. Saints Advisors has particular expertise in communications (access), software (financial technology and digital media), and healthcare (HCIS, devices, biopharma).
