Saints' investing activities focus on special situations and particularly on direct secondary investing. We acquire illiquid investments in private companies from investors or founders looking to monetize these investments or eliminate the requirement for further investment or management. Saints has developed particular expertise in the rapid evaluation and structuring of complex secondary market transactions. Saints is currently investing out of Saints Capital VI, LP, a blind pool fund. Hence, we have the capability to evaluate investment opportunities ranging in size from less than $5 million to upwards of $200 million.
