Brian DiLaura, Vice President

Mr. DiLaura previously worked as President of Sextant Holdings Inc., a firm focused on consulting with and investing in small-capitalization companies in the United States. Prior to Sextant, Brian worked for General Atlantic, a $10 billion global private equity firm providing capital to both private and public companies driven by information technology and intellectual property. While there, Brian worked in their Greenwich, London and Palo Alto offices and focused on growth and buyout investments across the software and business services space. Brian began his career as a financial analyst with Morgan Stanley, working in their New York-based Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring group.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, with a major in Finance and Business Economics and a minor in Japanese.
