Prior to joining Saints Chamonix, Jane spent 21 years working for 3i, the global Private Equity and Venture Capital firm. She was 8 years as a Managing Director, and 6 years as a Director of 3iplc, in the UK, Asia / Japan, and in Germany.

Ms. Crawford is an advisor and IC member of Steadfast Capital, a German mid market Buyout fund, and has held many previous outside Board positions including as Chair of the Audit Committee on the Singapore Infocomms Development, the Regulatory Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange, and the New Issuers Board of the German Stock Exchange (the Deutsche Boerse).

Ms. Crawford qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in London, and received her BA honours degree in Philosophy from Manchester University.
