Max Straube, Managing Director - Saints Advisors
Prior to Saints, Mr. Straube was a General Partner of OCG Ventures, a $220
million venture fund focused on communications infrastructure. Mr. Straube
held this position from 2000 - 2005. At OCG Ventures, Mr. Straube was actively
involved as a board member in both the operational and financial restructurings
of numerous portfolio companies. Prior to OCG Ventures, Mr. Straube had
14 years of investment banking experience, having held senior positions
at several firms including UBS Securities, Robertson Stephens, WR Hambrecht,
and Volpe Brown Whelan. Mr. Straube, in his capacity as an investment banker,
has advised both public and private companies on strategic as well as capital
market transactions. Mr. Straube has worked with a broad spectrum of companies
in various technology sectors.
Mr. Straube earned a SM from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and a
BA with Highest Honors in Economics from the University of California, Santa
Cruz.
